Co-creation is about a company working together with customers on a product or solution. By intensively working together with the customer, you increase chances of success of developing something which suits the right context and needs of that customer. It also helps building customer’s involvement, a better relationships and loyalty.
How does it relate?
Customer centred development is at the core of Co-creation, it can be used throughout the whole process from idea to product and market, along the six Waypoints. In each stage different opportunities arise on how to involve (potential) customers in the process to create more value.
Your next Waypoint
Create options to work with your customers or partners and jointly develop your product or solution. Invite them early for feedback and insights. Make a habit of doing this regularly.
